1.所有资质需要加盖贵司公章（即提交的每一份扫描件或复印件都需要加盖)；
2.法人身份证正面要盖公司章，身份证反面也要加盖到公章（章必须盖到身份证上面）；

1、如何成为顺欧商城的卖家？

开通顺欧商城的卖家后台，需要注册一个平台账号登录。

2、店铺开通需要多久？

资质经商家管理部审核无误之后，平台将在3到7个工作日内开通账号。店铺开通后，商家管理部在3个工作日内发送操作指南

3、什么类目可以入驻？

4、商家后台收到了纠纷订单，需要商家怎么处理呢？

如果从后台看到纠纷订单，客服会主动介入处理，同时联系顾客和商家进行跟进，如果纠纷订单有最新进展，客服会立即告诉商家，所以商家大可不必过分担心纠纷订单。

5、顺欧要求顾客在下单多久后发货呢？如果不发货会导致什么样的结果呢？

顺欧要求所有的商家必须在顾客下单后的7天之内发货，如果卖家无法及时发货，可以与买家协商由买家提交延长卖家备货期的申请，卖家需在协商期限内发货；如果卖家在备货期内没有完成全部发货，则商家管理部会将超时订单关闭，货款全额退还给买家。

6、如果有一天，我不想再顺欧上继续开店了，什么时候能关店？后续平台费用处理？

顺欧商城不收取店铺保证金，所以可以随时关店，但之前已交的商城技术服务费不予退换。

7、如果商家有超过7天未发货，顾客取消订单超过72小时无确认的情况，平台会如何处理？

商家无法在7天之内发货，导致顾客发起了退货请求，卖家超过72小时未在后台确认同意取消，也不驳回的情况下，从客户提交申请时起72小时后，系统将自动取消订单。请各位商家及时关注卖家后台订单情况，及时处理订单，以免客户取消订单。

8、结款方式是什么？

客户确认收货后，半月结的方式1号和16号自动结款，月结1号自动结上月的货款，商家可以设置达额结，达到一定额度再进行结款。

Questions about how to settle in Sunou Mall

1. How to become the seller of Sunou Mall?

To open the seller's backstage of Shunou Mall, you need to register a platform account to log in.

2、How long does it take to open the store?

After the qualification is verified by the merchant management department, the platform will open the account within 3 to 7 working days.  After the store is opened, the business management department will send the operation guide within 3 working days

4、What should the merchant do if the disputed order is received at the merchant backend?

If you see the disputed order from the background, the customer service will actively intervene in the processing, and contact the customer and the merchant for follow-up. If the disputed order has the latest progress, the customer service will immediately inform the merchant, so the merchant does not need to worry too much about the disputed order.

5、How long does Shunou require customers to ship the goods after placing the order?  What will happen if it is not shipped?

Shunou requires all merchants to ship the goods within 7 days after the customer places the order. If the seller cannot deliver the goods in time, they can negotiate with the buyer and the buyer submits an application for extending the seller’s stocking period. The seller must send it within the negotiated period.  If the seller does not complete all shipments during the stocking period, the merchant management department will close the overtime order and refund the buyer in full.

6、 If one day, I don’t want to continue opening a store in Shun Europe, when can I close the store?  Subsequent platform fee processing?

Sunou Mall does not charge a store deposit, so you can close the store at any time, but the technical service fee of the mall previously paid is not refundable.

7、If the merchant has not shipped the goods for more than 7 days, and the customer cancels the order for more than 72 hours without confirmation, what will the platform do?

The merchant cannot deliver the goods within 7 days, causing the customer to initiate a return request, and the seller does not confirm the cancellation in the background for more than 72 hours, and the system will automatically cancel the order 72 hours after the customer submits the application.  .  Please pay attention to the seller's back-end orders in time, and process orders in a timely manner, so as not to cancel orders.

8、Settlement method

After customers confirm receipt, the semi-monthly settlement is automatically settled on the 1st and 16th. Monthly settlement is automatically settled the previous month’s payment on the 1st. Merchants can set up the amount settlement, and then settle the payment after reaching a certain amount.
