A customer service is responsible for the refund

1. The goods have been delivered, the customer has received the goods, and the returned goods are refunded: the customer service and the customer negotiate the return-

The customer returns the goods, fills in the waybill number - customer service prepares the return summary table every day and submits it to the warehouse - the warehouse confirms that it is correct, prints the warehousing form and submits it to customer service for signature confirmation - the customer signs and registers it in the return summary table, and carries out the refund operation.

2. Undelivered: customer service shall prepare a refund summary, and customer service shall refund directly and register the refund.

If the refund is abnormal, the next morning before 10 o'clock the abnormal situation will be sent back to the customer service staff in the form of email
